When Discipline Comes from Within✨

When Discipline Comes From Within✨ عندما يأتي الإنضباط من الداخل ✨    A) Discipline: Choice, Not pressure 🎯 : It is widely common for people to be disciplined at work because of the fear of being threatened. For example, employees are expected to arrive at work on time and perform their tasks efficiently; otherwise, they may face consequences such as termination or a negative job performance assessment. However, I believe that only a few people are disciplined in their personal lives because of the absence of external threats.  Discipline is doing what needs to be done because you have chosen to be committed to your values and goals, rather than being controlled by fear or external pressure. I strongly believe that discipline enhances your quality of life. In other words,  discipline means freedom and resilience. B) When Discipline Becomes Freedom 🪽: When I was a student, I used to devote almost all my time to studying, like a bird trapped in a cage, sacrific...

One Door Changed My Life 🚪🔑

One Door Changed My Life 🚪🔑 “Every opportunity begins with the courage to try.” After finishing a Cardio Step class, energized by a rush of endorphins and dopamine, I heard someone ask, “Do you know any gym members who are interested in boxing?” Without hesitation, I raised my hand, even though I had no idea what boxing truly was. The first time I stepped into the boxing room and closed the door behind me, I thought I was entering a place where I would simply learn how to fight. I never imagined that one small step would open doors far beyond the ring. Every challenge became an opportunity, every setback carried a lesson, and every victory revealed a new path. That room didn’t just shape me as an athlete—it reshaped the way I see life. Sometimes, all it takes is the courage to walk through one door to discover a future full of possibilities. Twenty years ago, my father’s health began to get worse. It became my last memory of him. I still remember him looking at me with his glea...

Stronger , Not fragile : Recovering from a Low Back Injury 📈📊 Majority of people think that advanced athletes are rarely exposed to severe injuries because of their long term experience in the field . This thought is often made as an excuse against training under the popular phrase “    I wish I could start training at an earlier stage .” However , the more you progress in lifting , the more likely you are to experience injuries because while you are increasing your training intensity , you have to sustain the correct form .In addition , The athletes consider injuries as a sign that detects movements issues that need to be modified . Regression and progression are parts of their journey . I would like to mention one of my personal experiences with a lower back injury . As I began to progress in the deadlift exercise and boosted the loads to 90-95% Max RM , I felt a slight pain in my lower back . After ignoring this irritating pain , I could not even walk or do some hip flexi...

Sport : The school that shaped me 🌱

🌱Sport: The School That Shaped Me  In my perspective, I truly believe that sport is a school because it helped build the teacher I am today. Through sport, I became more consistent, disciplined, and patient. These qualities have led me to develop a “survival mindset,” which means not being deceived by exaggerated worldly pleasures and staying focused on what truly matters. I am grateful for the moment I entered the world of sports for the first time. Moreover, sport has contributed greatly to my growth, not only in my personal life but also in my professional life as a teacher. 🧠 A)Warm- Up As soon as I start my workout, I put on my headphones and enjoy listening to my playlists and podcasts. Similarly, I use different Class-Yes variations during my lessons. According to Biffle, Class-Yes is based on gaining students’ attention by activating multiple areas of the brain, such as the prefrontal cortex, Broca’s area, and the auditory cortex. In addition, I always warm up my b...
